EXPORT team

During 2008 there have been some changes in our export department and therefore we would like to use this opportunity to introduce our new team to you.
There are 6 people working in our department – 5 sales representatives and an export manager. You might know two of them (Martina Pavelkova and Uliana Gusak) who work in our department in ELKO EP, s.r.o. from 2007.

	Martin Ziak (ziak@elkoep.com, +420 608 371 504) He is a new export manager and is responsible for the export department as a whole. He speaks fluently English and German.
	Martina Pavelkova (pavelkova@elkoep.com, +420 573 514 221) She takes care for already existing markets, where ELKO EP has been selling. She is in frequent contact with you and with all her attention she works towards to your satisfaction regarding orders, state of stock and other requests of yours. As well as she is responsible for all invoices. In the same time you can contact her anytime with requests and questions. She speaks English.
	Uliana Gusak (Husakova) (husakova@elkoep.com, +420 573 514 223) She is sales representative for SNG countries. This job position has purely acquisition/customer servicing origin and it is aimed at the development of markets in the countries of former Soviet Union. These markets are new for us. Apart for this target, our sales referent for SNG countries pays big attention also to Baltic countries. The starting point in Baltic states was marked by a very successful fair in Lithuania - Intelligent Home, which nicely opened these markets for ELKO EP modular devices and also for our product of an intelligent installation INELS. She speaks Russian.
	Dagmar Dudikova (dudikova.d@elkoep.com,  +420 573 514 223) She has been our employee for a few years and in Decemeber 2008 she changed position within ELKO EP. Before she worked on purchasing department. Now she looks after already existing sales markets that are split between her and Martina Pavelkova, acqisitions and total customer care. She assures yours orders and can help you with technical questions and state of stock. You can contact her with every requests and questions anytime. She speaks fluently English.
	Veronika Tomiova (tomiova@elkoep.com, +420 573 514 263) In September 2008 we welcome new sales representative export Veronika Tomiova who is responsible for all branches of ELKO EP. She works up theirs orders, invoces and other demands concerning our branches. And she responds on all yours question from this domain. She is available to you anytime. You can speak with her in English.
	Regina Menyhartova (menyhartova@elkoep.com, +420 573 514 221) In December 2008 we received new sales representative who focuses and takes care for French speaking countries and external marketing. She looks after French customers and is in charge of fulfiment theirs orders, requets, possible questions and acquisitions in francophonic countries. Next she looks after English News on the Internet and informative mails. You can ask questions in French and also English languages.
