Quality of production depends on quality of our components therefore we pay attention to high quality of material components from our suppliers. We conduct tests on different levels of production and between production phases.
Development tests – zero batches testing and prototypes
- Tests conducted on just developed products that must be tested for common operation.
- We make sure our products fulfil stricter parameters than ones assigned by certificates conditions.
Production process control
- Continual inspection of production process minimizes process errors.
- Audit of product – products selected at random undertake full, exactly prescribed tests.
- Production documentation only in electronic form, administration of documentation through IS Apertum – minimizing staff mistakes or using old invalid documentation.
- Enhanced inspection of "zero" batches
Long-term load tests
- Tests checking product performance on a higher load than required by a standard.
- Burst/Surge - EMC electromagnetic compatibility / interference with other devices.
- Long-term tests detect product performance after warranty period.
- All tests are evaluated and recorded in an electronic form.
