Come celebrate 30 years of ELKO EP with us

Dear business partners and friends,

thank you for wanting to celebrate the 30th anniversary of ELKO EP with us. This page will serve you throughout the weekend as a source of all the necessary information, where you will find out what awaits you at the weekend and, most importantly, when it awaits you. All venues are supplemented with a location so that you don't get lost. A bus will be available throughout the weekend to ensure all transfers between venues.

And what waits for you this weekend:

Friday 16. 6. 2023

2:00 - 3:00 p.m. The beginning of the whole event will be started with accommodation 

• The agreed hotels in Otrokovice are Hotel Morava (map) and Hotel Rottal (map)
• Our colleagues will contact you individually with information on where you will be staying

3:00 - 3:15 p.m. Transfer to the brewery tour

• The bus will pick you up at the hotels at the following times:
  • 3:00 p.m. Hotel Rottal
  • 3:15 p.m. Hotel Morava

4:00 - 5:30 p.m. Tour of the Maxmilian brewery

• Expected arrival at the Maxmilián brewery in Kroměříž (map) is at 4:00 p.m.
• There will be guided tours of the brewery, beer tasting and refreshments will be provided
• Anyone who likes beer can buy it at the local shop to take home
• 5:30 p.m. transfer to the Music festival Holešovská Regata (map)

5:30 - 11:00 p.m. Music festival Holešovská Regata

• The facilities will be provided by a prepared VIP ELKO tent, where you will have everything you need for your comfort (area map)
• A lot of Czech and Slovak musical performers (program)
• 10:10 p.m. Jiří Konečný will play on stage in the musical group Motus with Goša

11:30 BUS departure from Regata to accommodation

Saturday 17. 6. 2023

9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Transfer to the company tour

• Those interested who want to tour our company premises as part of the ELKO EP Open Day event will be taken at the following times:
  • 9:00 a.m. Hotel Rottal
  • 9:15 a.m. Hotel Morava
• ​Those who want to sleep in and skip the tour of the company will then be taken to the Holešovská Regatta at the following times:
  • ​12:15 p.m. Hotel Rottal
  • 12:30 p.m. Hotel Morava

9:30 - 11:30 a.m. ELKO EP Open day

• 9:30 a.m. arrival at the ELKO EP Company (map)
• There will be regular guided tours of the development, production, shipping, and other halls.
• Snacks and entertainment for children provided
• 11:30 a.m. transfer to the Regata

11:30 a.m. - 11:45 p.m. Music festival Holešovská Regata

• The VIP ELKO tent will once again be ready to provide you with shade and refreshments
• As part of the Regatta program, you can see a parade of non-traditional vessels or a crossing over the water bridge
• 11:15 p.m. the final fireworks will be set off over the castle gardens

11:45 p.m. Departure of the bus from Regata to accommodation
