Buildings

Buildings
  • Health and safety
Buildings place an emphasis on the health and safety of the population, for example through air quality sensors or controlled input systems.
  • BMS
Using the Building Management System, buildings can be effectively managed and controlled.
  • Synchronization of elements
intelligent buildings automation using all the available elements to make an all-encompassing package.

In the most of the developed countries in the West, the share of Smart buildings is close to 50%; in our country it is still not a tenth – there is still room to develop. Smart buildings are part of large world cities such as New York, Paris or London, but new cities are also emerging, such as Masdar City in the United Arab Emirates.

Smart buildings save energy, protect our health and safety. They use a combination of all the available elements that can be managed and controlled. For security, for example, they take care of entry systems along with security cameras, which can be monitored remotely using a smartphone. Energy savings and efficiency in turn provides an effective combination of control for heating, air conditioning and other features. Simply put, Smart buildings improve the quality of life and, moreover, they are environmentally friendly.

The BMS (Building Management System) software provides efficient management of these buildings, compared to their energy demands.
