Modern office space uses a variety of shared meeting rooms. For clarity of occupancy and use of these rooms, the reservation system is used, which is connected online with the calendar (mail) and identification system of the company.
It can book individual spaces, along with the entrance control system controls access to these spaces and shares information on LCD panels and other devices.
The system also runs predefined scenarios chosen by the employee when booking (presentation, teleconference, meeting, etc.). For example, the blinds are automatically retracted, the lights dimmed, the screen is erected, and the projector is turned on, and so on.
